Alu-Installations and Ali-Deck carried out a full Design, Supply and Installation service which included Balcony Screens, Terraces, Roof-Tops and Internal walkways. The work was carried out over occupied blocks. All existing timber needed to be stripped and replaced. The work was carried out safely and efficiently. The workmanship was excellent. Going Above and Beyond: Putting People First While undertaking post-completion activities at a client property, a resident unfortunately suffered a fall within her home. Although the incident was entirely unrelated to the works being undertaken, the response from our contractor, ALU Installations, demonstrated exactly what it means to put people first. Without hesitation, they demonstrated our “Don’t Walk By” safety ethos – recognising that doing the right thing extends beyond the immediate scope of our work. We were particularly touched to learn that the resident subsequently took the time to express her gratitude. For someone in our community to feel supported and cared for in such circumstances speaks volumes about the character of the individuals involved. While we often measure success through delivery, performance and safety metrics, moments like this remind us that our greatest impact is sometimes measured simply by how we treat people.
