As Business Operations Director, I focus on keeping ALU running efficiently, professionally, and with clear structure behind every project we deliver. My role is to support our teams, strengthen our processes, and ensure the business operates with the standards, communication, and organisation needed to deliver trusted fire remediation work across the UK. I’m committed to helping ALU grow in the right way, with strong systems, valued people, and a clear focus on safety, quality, and client trust.

As Commercial Director, I am responsible for ensuring every project is delivered with strong financial control, clear contractual management, and commercial accountability. With a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, I bring expertise in cost planning, procurement, risk management, and project reporting. My focus is to protect value, maintain transparency, and support the successful delivery of compliant fire remediation projects across the UK. By keeping our commercial processes clear, controlled, and aligned with project delivery, I help ALU continue to grow as a trusted and reliable contractor.

I oversee the day to day management of all projects, ensuring every installation is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. I coordinate the teams, manage schedules, and work closely with clients to keep projects on track and completed on time. My focus is on maintaining quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing a professional service from start to finish.

As Site Supervisor, I support the smooth delivery of projects, coordinating installation teams, and ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard. Working closely with the Site Manager to keep projects on schedule, maintain quality - ensuring every project is completed efficiently and meets our clients' expectations.

As Waste Manager, I ensure all waste is managed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with environmental regulations. By working closely with our clients and contractors, we deliver sustainable, cost-effective waste management practices that support both compliance and environmental goals.
