Located in Brighton, this project involved cladding remediation across four residential blocks, covering over 750m².

ALU Installations replaced the existing combustible timber shiplap cladding with a fully non-combustible rainscreen system, incorporating fire-stopping measures to meet current fire safety and building regulations.

The new system maintains the buildings’ original appearance while providing enhanced fire safety, improved weather protection and long-term durability. Following thorough inspections and compliance checks, the project delivered a safe, durable and visually consistent finish.
