Located on Drummond Street, this fire remediation project involved replacing non-compliant, combustible composite decking with a fully non-combustible AliDeck system.
Appointed as principal contractor, ALU Installations designed and installed bespoke scaffolding to access each balcony safely while minimising disruption to residents. The existing decking was carefully removed and securely disposed of off-site, before the new AliDeck system was installed.
The project delivered a durable, compliant decking solution, enhancing fire safety while maintaining a high-quality finish.
