East Quay House
The East Quay House project involved upgrading balcony fire safety through the removal of combustible decking and substructure, replacing them with a non-combustible AliDeck aluminium substructure and cement fibre board.
An Efius fireproof membrane was installed to provide additional protection between the new system and the existing building. An AliDeck soffit was also incorporated to manage balcony drainage and direct water away from the building.
The completed system enhances fire safety, improves water management and provides a durable, compliant balcony solution.
