Grosvenor Waterside

Located on the banks of the River Thames in Chelsea, Grosvenor Waterside is one of ALU Installations’ prestigious remediation projects.

The project involved replacing combustible timber decking with the non-combustible aluminium Mydek System, alongside upgrading timber handrails to the durable aluminium Vulcan System.

With balconies surrounded by harbour water and no external scaffolding available, bespoke safety measures were implemented, including DBS-checked operatives and body-worn CCTV cameras. A secure site compound was also established to support efficient project delivery.

The completed project enhances fire safety, durability and aesthetics while demonstrating ALU Installations’ commitment to quality and safe working practices.
